The Need

256 million adolescents in India are transitioning to the world of work, yet the support system to guide them remains inadequate. The counselor-to-student ratio is low, with fewer than one counselor available for every 10,000 students, even in resource-rich states.

Building coalitions with govt. to design and implement large-scale programs by strengthening the capacity of the govt system and school teachers to provide effective career guidance.
