I shared my Careershala worksheets with my n
eighborhood friends. She doesn't have a CareerShala program in her school. After working on the worksheet together, she realized the program and the questions asked in the worksheet are so important for all students.

Earlier I used to decide what to do based on what my friends chose, now I’ve found friends who have sthe ame interests as me.

Careershala provided me with clarity on which subject I take in 11 class. After 12 which entrance exam is attended for my career and which course do I want to do after the entrance exam.

Before the program started I had many questions as a teacher counselor about career support with students. Once when I started taking classes, it gradually got better. I even shared my personal story with students about my childhood career confusion and how I shifted my career path from healthcare to education. This made the students feel more connected to me and helped them open up My students always used to come and ask "Agli class kab loge?"

This has given me a way to connect with students who are not academically strong. I can guide them towards skill-based careers
