Pratibha Manthan

Pratibha Manthan is our newest program in collaboration with the District Administration of Jhajjar (Haryana).

It takes our unique career exploration program to 170+ district schools in Jhajjar, where 13,000 students will get an opportunity to embark on a journey of empowerment and informed decision making around their careers. Alohomora is the sole NGO leading content and program design, as well as stakeholder orientation and training.

With extensive field visits to Jhajjar to understand its people and its industries, Alohomora has curated unique context-specific career exploration content such as videos, home-based microprojects, career planning tools, worksheets, etc., that incorporate Jhajjar’s local industries (agriculture, food processing) as well as newer industries (graphic design, coding).

CareerShala Haridwar

The CareerShala program in Haridwar, in collaboration with the Piramal Foundation and the District Administration, Haridwar, aims to empower Grade 9-12 students in district government schools by facilitating career exploration through engaging, student-centric activities. This initiative leverages the strong foundation of student-teacher relationships to ensure impactful implementation.

CareerShala Madhya Pradesh

We signed an MoU with the Madhya Pradesh government to expand our career guidance program start working with the three districts (Bhopal, Dewas, and Indore), and have an opportunity to support 50000+ thousand students in 2024. We are looking forward to making a positive impact on students with this collaboration.
