Our work has shown that being in careers of their choice enables students to thrive, creating self-belief and ownership which leads to an overall increase in confidence levels.
We are developing the ecosystem to support young adults, especially those from underserved communities, with the right content, programs, support and partnerships to enable informed decision making about careers.
We do this in three ways: creating structured career exploration and planning resources for
young people everywhere – leading to exposure, agency, and confidence to make an informed choice and scaling it via diverse facilitators and large-scale systemic partnerships.
