At Alohomora, we belive in the potential of India’s youth to lead their own AND our country’s growth. Our work is an effort in enabling productive and meaningful lives for all students studying in Govt schools in India.
We partner with various Governments and large scale NGOs to design and implement structured career support programs. Our programs are contexual and embedded in the existing program delivery mechanisms like the schooling system to reach effectively reach the last mile.
What We Do
CareerShala is our core 4 year long program implemented across grades 9th to 12th. Our unique curriculum and capacity building approach makes it easy for any education to develop as a career facilitator for their classroom. It consists of classroom friendly resources – facilitator manual, student workbooks and career cards.

Our Programs Including CareerShala Is Being Implemented Across 7 States.
Pratibha Manthan is district wide implementation of Careershala in collaboration with district administration and education department. This was our first large scale program outside Delhi NCR, running effectively since 2022.
