iSaksham Project
AEF is collaborating with iSaksham to empower young girls in the rural areas of Jamui and Begusarai, Bihar. Through this partnership, AEF is providing training to iSaksham’s EduLeaders (facilitators), equipping approximately 100 EduLeaders with the necessary resources and knowledge to effectively lead a career guidance program designed for young girls. These EduLeaders will support over 500 youth in their communities.

This initiative focuses on empowering young girls to make informed career choices and take confident steps toward their career aspirations.
Swa-Taleem Project
In collaboration with the Swa-Taleem Foundation, Aef as a knowledge partner is implementing a program for students in Grades 9-12 across three Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) schools in the Jind district of Haryana. This initiative focuses on equipping over 200 girls with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to make informed career choices.
As a knowledge partner, AEF is developing a contextualized career support program tailored for students in Grades 9-12 and training two Swa-Taleem facilitators to implement the program effectively in classrooms.


Project Potential
AEF is collaborating with Project Potential in Kishanganj, Bihar, to provide training for approximately 50 community leaders. Through intensive training boot camps, the AEF team is equipping the fellows with the necessary resources and knowledge to effectively implement and lead a career support program.
This initiative aims to raise awareness about making informed career choices at the community level, fostering a culture of empowerment and informed decision-making.


About UNICEF Project
We partnered with UNICEF Yuwaah to deliver virtual career guidance webinars for students in grades 9-12 across government schools in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar, and Uttar Pradesh.
Our partnership with with UNICEF in Madhya Pradesh, focusing on Tribal Youth Aspirations and Career Opportunities. In Jhabua, Dhar, and Alirajpur, we’ll be working with 20 ITIs, with 2 facilitators at each ITI to execute and implement the program, empowering youth from tribal communities to explore and achieve their career goals.
