Our Facilitators

The CareerShala program is facilitated by local community youth, also known as Community Lead Fellows.

Engaging local youth – belonging to communities similar to those of our students – not only makes the program more relatable for students by tailoring it to their contexts, but also creates empowered and confident young leaders out of Fellows.
