Our Vision
We envision a world where every young person, regardless of their background, has access to quality career guidance that empowers them to make informed life choices.
CareerShala is our flagship career guidance program for young adults aged 15-19 years, aiming to empower them to make informed career decisions through exposure to various careers that match their interests and skills.
The program is driven through teachers and facilitators and focuses on building their capacity to guide students in making informed choices.
