CareerShala - District Program

CareerShala - District Program

Our flagship, 4 year long program for grades 9th to 12th is currently being implemnted across 2 districts – Jhajjar (Haryana) and Haridwar (Uttrakhand). The curriculum is based on our 5 step framework and full scope of our resources and made available to students.

We train nominated Govt school teachers as career facilitators and support them throughout the year for effective delivery. We also prep students to apply for curated good colleges and skilling institutes post their 12th grade.

Currently we are building capacity of 15 facilitators who are in-turn supporting 1500+ students and youth in their local communities across the 7 districts.
